The performance coordinator will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support aerial inspection activities within performance engineering team
Job Description:

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinating and performing a range of activities to ensure successful operation of Performance Engineering team
- Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders regarding O&M projects
- Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection scope regarding EPC projects
- QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports
- Ensure the Aerial IR reports are being delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner and corrective actions are scheduled accordingly
- Compare the findings from the Aerial IR reports with the performance data and internal analytical tools and provide feedback to analysts or to aerial vendors
- Develop annual schedule for Aerial IR schedule for commissioning based on most up-to-date project schedules for EPC jobs
- Develop annual schedule for Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance in conjunction with the aerial vendor for O&M jobs
- Track and gather EPC and O&M project documents to collect necessary information for DC performance analysis and other relevant scope
- Work closely with internal teams and coordinate with aerial vendors on different project deliverables such construction progress & quality monitoring, SWPPP and erosion monitoring, commissioning inspection, and other ad hoc deliverables
- Attend and document project meetings
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities for supervisors, which may include coordinating travel and lodging arrangements.
- Completing other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Work within project team, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently
- Proficiency and knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment
- Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate
- Strong ability to multi-task
