Mobile Banking Associate
Our Mobile Banking Associates have a passion for excellence in customer service and are focused in their goal of doing what is right for our customers. They are responsible for providing accurate high-quality customer service on the teller line as well account servicing on the platform desks. Our Mobile Banking Associates provide a complete range of customer services at all of our branch offices, including but not limited to, receiving deposits, completing withdrawals, accepting payments, explaining available products and services, and gathering customer information to process new and service existing accounts. They advise customers on financial services, supporting the achievement of retail sales goals, and have excellent communication skills.
