The incumbent will deliver payroll time keeping services according to the service catalog :
Key Responsibilities :
Under the guidance of the Payroll Regional / Country Lead, he / she will perform following tasks :
- Lead the administration and configuration of UKG Workforce Central / UKG Pro and SAP Time Management modules to ensure accurate time tracking and payroll integration.
- Maintain and optimize system settings, workflows, and interfaces between Kronos and SAP, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization.
- Partner with third-party vendors to integrate, troubleshoot, and enhance time management solutions across the organization.
- Develop and manage custom reports and dashboards within UKG to provide insights to HR and Payroll teams.
- Monitor system performance and user access, identifying and resolving technical issues in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
- Administer and configure pay rules, shift differentials, job codes, etc in the UKG system.
- Review and validate exceptions, discrepancies, and errors in employee time records, ensuring corrections are applied promptly and accurately.
- Validate the integration of time data into SAP Payroll, ensuring alignment between hours worked, accruals, and payroll outputs.
- Provide training and technical support to managers, supervisors, and employees on the use of UKG Time Keeping software, including system navigation, time entry, and time-off request processes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG and SAP Time Management systems, offering guidance on system enhancements and user issues.
- Prepare and update user manuals, FAQs, and training documentation for system users.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all time management processes and system configurations, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits.
- Assist in labor audits by providing detailed records and explanations regarding employee time data and system configurations.
- Lead system upgrade projects, including testing, documentation, and user training, ensuring smooth transitions during system improvements or new system implementations.
