Overview
Solve is currently looking for a Social Media Analyst to join our team. A successful candidate will have sufficient experience to execute day-to-day client work, including influencer discovery and outreach, community management, and the creation of social content. An understanding of social platforms and curiosity about social trends is a must. This role will work primarily on clients in car culture and foodie spaces, so it’s a plus (but not a requirement) if you’re already excited about and entrenched in these communities.
Some of the things you'll do
- Identify influencers and other key content contributors who align with campaign strategy
- Assist in management of client social media communities, sometimes outside of regular business hours
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in both social and digital spheres
- Assist senior team members in building recommendations, presentations, and reports for clients
- Assist in gathering and analyzing metrics for regular progress reports, including identifying areas for optimization
- Create social media content that addresses client objectives and aligns with strategy
- Develop and maintain a social media content library for clients
Ideal Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with developing social media strategy and community management
- Ideally, a passion for motorsports/car culture and foodie culture because success in this role will require keeping an active pulse on trends and opportunities in these spaces
- Experience managing accounts on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Experience working with influencers (partner discovery, outreach, and management)
- Proficient at understanding and analyzing data from the insights provided by each of the above social media platforms and with social data out of third-party platforms
- Hands-on experience using social media in creative ways for brand awareness
- An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
- Excellent time management/multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal/presentation
