Responsibilities
- Assist with budgeting process, identifying opportunities for process change in budget creation and tracking.
- Track monthly performance and financial data into an executive dashboard.
- Serve as resource determining research price rates, setting up billing forms for research accounts.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks for fund accounts.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of financial accounts.
- Create various financial analyses reports.
- Prepares journal entries and other expense allocation documentation as needed.
- Develop financial analyses to determine the impact of proposed revenue opportunities on department's financial outlook.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- 3 years' financial analysis, budgeting, forcasting, accounting experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.

Pay: $28-33/hr
