What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regulatory Change Management Associate position at Solve IT Strategies, Inc.?

Job Description

Job Requirements :

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with development and interpretation of metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements
Extensive experience with commonly used spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint, Slides, Surveys)
Proven organizational / project management skills
Facility working with technology projects (e.g., developing and reading BRDs)
Strong communication skills and EQ that allow for interface with XFN senior partners throughout Coinbase and external vendors
Active interest in crypto / web3 (and related laws and regulations)

Nice to Haves :

Law degree / paralegal experience

Regulatory experience or familiarity with global fintech or financial regulations

Experience with regulatory change management and related tooling (e.g., content provider such as Regology and in-house GRC tool such as Archer)

Facility interfacing with technology teams, including the ability to draft BRDs

Experience with Google Suite and Slack

Minimum Degree Required :

Bachelor's Degree
