Help Desk Technician
Location: Work From Home (WFH) | Full-Time (8-hour shift 1-hour lunch) | Salary: $42,000/year

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Office 365, printers, and network connectivity problems.
- Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Assist with account setup and password resets in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, and mobile devices remotely.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
- Assist with onboarding and training users on IT best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ 1-3 years of experience in IT support/help desk roles.
✔ Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
✔ Experience with remote troubleshooting tools.
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✔ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ A or other IT certifications (preferred but not required).
