Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve WMS functionality and performance issues to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with warehouse and IT teams to troubleshoot system bugs and integration challenges.
- Monitor system performance, manage user access controls, and generate SQL reports for operational insights.
- Provide training and support to ensure best practices in system usage across the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a WMS support role with familiarity in platforms such as Körber, HighJump, Manhattan, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Proficiency with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and SQL-based reporting.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
