Key Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve WMS functionality and performance issues.
- Collaboration: Work with warehouse and IT teams to troubleshoot system bugs and integration challenges.
- Testing & Documentation: Define test cases, manage user acceptance testing, and utilize tools like Jira for issue tracking.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee system performance and generate reports for operational insights.

- Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a WMS support role with familiarity in platforms such as Körber, HighJump, Manhattan, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Proficiency with issue tracking tools and SQL-based reporting.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
