About the Role
As our Körber WMS Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and fine-tuning our Körber WMS systems (formerly HighJump) to meet evolving business needs. Working side-by-side with warehouse managers, business analysts, and IT experts, you’ll craft customized solutions that drive operational excellence and efficiency across our supply chain.
Key Details
Location : On-site at our Haslet, TX facility with a potential hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Contract Duration : 6 months (contract-to-hire)

Key Responsibilities
Develop & Configure : Build and support Körber WMS solutions that align with our business requirements.
Collaborate : Work closely with warehouse managers, business analysts, and IT teams to deliver tailored, high-performance WMS solutions.
Troubleshoot : Identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues to maintain robust performance.
Optimize Processes : Enhance warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
Integrate Systems : Seamlessly connect the WMS with SAP, TMS, RFID, PLCs, and robotics automation.
Innovate : Create custom features, reports, and workflows that boost operational efficiency.
Document & Train : Maintain thorough documentation of new functionalities and deliver effective end-user training.
Maintain : Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
3 years of hands-on experience with Körber WMS solutions.
Proficiency in SQL, database management, and scripting languages.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and Agile development methodologies.
Preferred : Experience with additional WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, SAP EWM), programming languages such as Java or .NET, and cloud-based solutions.
