onsite 4 days a week 1 day remote
Ability to speak to a wide range of associates effectively, from line managers who are new to the audit experience up to Alex Mitnik, the SVP of Information Systems. Must be very well-versed on all aspects of their audit processes and be able to articulate their approach and experience in detail.
-Exhibit leadership qualities and preparedness to be the IT audit lead, but also be comfortable in doing the work and being part of the team.
