The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading continuous improvement transformation across all businesses through coaching, tool utilization, and project review
• Using lean value stream mapping to collaborate with business leaders to analyze operations to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization in alignment with strategic goals
• Facilitating workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions to instill Lean principles and best practices
• Leading organizational Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process to define prioritized improvement projects to impact staff satisfaction, customer experience, revenue, and productivity
• Leading and executing cross-functional projects to improve processes and reduce defects
• Gathering, validating, and analyzing data, to support the organization’s continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing activities
• Coaching cross-functional teams on Value Stream Mapping, Lean, DMAIC, Kaizen and Agile

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Two (2) years of experience driving Continuous Improvement processes and projects

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND six (6) years of experience driving Continuous Improvement processes and projects

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• One (1) year experience with Lean Value Stream Mapping

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Previous experience working in Healthcare or Medical Devices Industries
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and change management skills
• Strong understanding of customer support processes and ability to align process improvements to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Location: Remote-United States

Travel: May include up to 15% [domestic/international]

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
