Job Description:

As the Director IT Logistics Portfolio, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The role will be responsible for the IT solutions in the Logistics space globally at Solventum. Reporting to the Vice President of global Supply Chain IT Systems, you will make an impact and be responsible for:

• Setting strategy and execution for key technologies across Logistics processes. This includes Transportation Management, Freight Collaboration, 3PL integration, Global Trade, and Warehouse Management.

• Deploying the logistics processes, solutions and system integrations based on our SAP S4 HANA rooted ERP portfolio across high double-digit numbers of entities, plants, 3PLs and warehouses globally

• Managing the exit from Transition Service Agreements to future state Solventum platforms that provide the next level of service and capability for healthcare customers, vendors, and employees.

• Dynamically leading multiple IT teams that support and deploy key capabilities across logistics processes. Managing a global team with subject matter experts for resources which are based in multiple global geographies.

• Working across multiple teams in IT and Supply Chain operations as part of a high-performance organization and in a high-visibility environment to ensure successful logistics process operations for our company

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university

• Twelve (12) years of experience in logistics processes (transportation management, global trade, 3PL integration, warehouse management) in a private, public, government or military environment

• Experience in ERP implementation using SAP with 10 years’ experience with large scale business change programs and/or transformational journeys

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environment

• Excel in effectively communicating across multiple levels of the organization, both verbal and in writing

• Strong relationship management skills at multiple levels within the organization

• Strong experience in managing virtual, multi-national teams

• Track record in on-time delivery and on-target budget and cost management

• Strong and multi-year ERP process, solution and deployment knowledge, preferably on SAP, gained at multi-national companies or consulting firms

• Work location:

Remote - US

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $222,044 - $271,387, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
