• Leading the engineering team to deliver projects on-time to help achieve results in key operational metrics.
• Fostering a continuous improvement culture, driving results in EHS, quality, cost, and service.
• Providing technical leadership and validation guidance related to existing products, new product development and product line extensions.
• Recommending new manufacturing technologies.
• Coaching and developing the engineering team.

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
