The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Laboratory Technologist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Leading technician on water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive programs responsible for working with product developers / chemists to test solutions for new products or product re-qualifications
• Leading technician responsible for the maintenance for all the product design dashboards in the adhesive & materials group
• Implementing new and existing test methods to perform physical, optical and mechanical analysis on coated films
• Determining sample properties and whether the performance is correct and accurate based on project knowledge. Responsible for recording and reporting those results back to the product developer / chemist daily
• Supporting product developers / chemists by summarizing data into weekly / bi-weekly presentations to summarize to external suppliers

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $79,828 - $97,567, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
