The Impact You'll Make in this Role

• Serve as a member of the Forest City Distribution Center Operating Committee and direct supervisor for the Planning, Transportation, and Purchasing departments.
• Determine departmental procedures that set the standards for continuous improvements.
• Support the warehouse operation in leading improvement activities in the Planning, Transportation, and Purchasing departments to maximize output, minimize operation/transportation costs, and support a positive work environment.
• Be a core resource for the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning software at the Forest City Distribution Center.
• Willings to be on-call and support the Planning and Transportation core tasks at the Forest City Distribution Center, which runs 7 days per week.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher AND a minimum of (4) four years of Supply Chain Experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of (8) eight years in Supply Chain Experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additonal qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• 3 years of leadership experience
• Experience leading lean six sigma and/or continuous improvement projects
• Proven experience in learning and implementing new systems in operation
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written format to a variety of size audiences
• Experience using SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system a plus
