The Impact You'll Make in this Role
- Ensuring your own safety by following all related policies
- Operating production equipment, inspecting, and packing product safely and according to standards
- Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
- Supporting the team when working with other Operators, and Service Groups to optimize processes including timeliness of product flow
- Contributing to continuous improvement and problem solving
Your Skills and Expertise
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)
- Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as needed
The starting rate of pay for this position is $23.61/hour, with the potential for future pay increases.
