">The Role
">We are seeking an experienced Medical Infection Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our perioperative healthcare consulting group, you will be responsible for managing sales territories, building strong relationships, and driving sustainable business growth based on targets and quotas.
">Main Responsibilities

- Account management to deliver business growth ">
- Data-driven decision-making to inform business planning ">
- Maintenance of sales call data in Salesforce.com ">
- Customer support, growth, and relationship development ">
- Identification and resolution of customer financial and clinical priorities and constraints ">
- Persuasion of key stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products ">
- Relationship management with clinical and economic stakeholders ">
- Increase in the mix of NPI utilization ">
- Collaboration with channel/distribution partners to manage relationships and align on mutually beneficial tactics/programs ">
- Offering new and ongoing in-service, education, technical support, and troubleshooting product-related issues as needed ">
- Leveraging publications and industry guidelines to influence product adoption and standardization ">
- Driving contract compliance and standardization opportunities ">
- Supporting conferences, trade shows, and symposiums ">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, candidates must possess (at a minimum) a Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. You may be required to enter healthcare facilities, which may require certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications.
">Work Environment
">This position requires driving a company vehicle, with up to 50% overnight travel expected. Field-based role with relocation assistance available.
">Compensation
">The expected compensation range for this position is $141,775 - $173,280, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
