The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Prescriber Documentation Specialist , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Supporting the collection of physician documents as required.
• Providing a high level of customer service in a competitive market.
• Reviewing and analyzing payer-specific requirements and coverage criteria to determine required physician documentation.
• Reviewing documentation (order forms, medical records, prescriptions, operative reports, history, and physicals) as needed for physician identification.
• Escalating to customer or field personnel as needed to aid in obtaining physician documentation required for billing. This could include home health agencies, patients, hospitals / facilities, physicians.
• Participating in work activities deemed suitable and assigned by management.
• Maintaining status for all compliance and other required training courses.
• Conforming to, supporting, and enforcing all Company policies and procedures.
• Utilizing keyboarding repetitively over 95% of the time and making phone inbound / outbound calls 80% of the time.

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $42,715 - $52,208, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
