The Impact You'll Make in this Role
- Maintaining an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine rates
- Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
- Supporting the team when packing out finished or semi-finished products
- Ensuring your own safety by following all related policies
- Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Your Skills and Expertise
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)
- Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as needed
We offer competitive pay and benefits, including a starting rate of $20.92/hour with the potential for future pay increases. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
