The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Maintaining product design intent as components, processes, methods, and specifications change, which includes product testing to verify and validate design of products and developing specifications and associated test methods.
• Initiating and completing technical activities to improve products, processes, or systems using continuous improvement methods and tools, such as : Six Sigma, PPU (Product and Process Understanding), Design of Experiments, CQI (Customer Quality Index) and Quality at the Source.
• Identifying quality improvements through monitoring and trending of key quality characteristics.
• Leading quality investigations, material disposition, and supply projects.
• Demonstrate / document / maintain product regulatory, ISO, and industry standards compliance.

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $79,828 - $97,567, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
