Solvere Technical Group is looking for a Business Operations Specialist, Jr. in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews routine aspects of organizations operations for the purpose of improving
operational processes to better serve customers and to make the organization
operations more efficient - Supports efforts to manages quality, costs and the efficiency of the organization
- Recommends process improvements for every day operating procedures
- Supports quality control processes
- Provides logistics support for training sessions and business conferences
- Assists with financial reporting
- Assists with office administration duties
- Assists with the conduct of operational research
- Coordinates and establishes meetings for personnel, and communicates with the
attendees to ensure attendance - Assist with onboarding and coordinate associated tasks with new employees
- Works under immediate supervision of employer
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Desired Experience: 0 - 2 Years in a related position
Desired Education: High School Diploma
SECURITY:
- Secret Clearance is required.
