Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment decisions
• Collaborate with management to identify and recommend qualified candidates
• Extends job offers and arrange relocation as needed
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 7 years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing, or corporate HR
• Proven track record of successfully placing high-level IT professionals
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing techniques
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience with Workday ATS and Corporate recruitment
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to employment
• Ability to analyze and develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with executives in hiring processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
