This contract role as a Hybrid Business Consultant in Chicago, IL is responsible for providing business analysis and guidance to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies and to ensure consistency and efficiency. The resource may support and lead teams responsible for implementation of initiatives with high complexity that affects multiple functional areas within the division. Supports the prioritization of divisional activities and tracks progress to goals.
Pay rate : $30 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing functions on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business partners within multiple business functions to review requirements, research, gather supporting evidence, document outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and / or resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
- Interact one-on-one and in group settings with departmental / inter-departmental team members to identify issues, gather data, brainstorm, prioritize, discuss analytic approach, and share findings.
- Supports divisional leadership meetings and projects on an ad hoc basis
