This contract to hire role as a Remote Workday Consultant is responsible for providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional Payroll Strategic Business applications, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting.
Responsibilities :
- Providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional Payroll Strategic Business applications, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting.
- Supporting implementation of system upgrades
- Testing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows.
- Monitoring data logs and managing releases.
- Providing ongoing technical support to payroll operations employees.
- Ad-hoc performance of quality audits.
- Creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems.
Job Requirements :
1. Workday (U.S. Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, EIBs, etc.)
2. Workday Reporting & Integration support
3. Vendor Management; Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing, etc.
