Pay : $48-$52 per hour / Conversion salary : $110K - $130K

This contract to hire role as a Remote Workday Consultant to support and enhance our Workday Payroll and related strategic business applications. This role is responsible for system configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support for payroll operations. The consultant will manage system upgrades, monitor data logs, test system enhancements, and collaborate with vendors on issue resolution and release management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide daily administrative support and enhancements for Workday U.S. Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Configure Workday modules, generate ad-hoc reports, and optimize system functionality.
- Support implementation of system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and document workflows.
- Perform system testing, create test cases, and validate interfaces with various vendors and internal systems.
- Monitor data logs, manage release cycles, and ensure compliance with payroll processing standards.
- Collaborate with vendors to open and manage cases, troubleshoot issues, and oversee release testing.
- Conduct quality audits and provide ongoing technical support to payroll operations teams.
