Document Control Specialist I - 3rd shift

The Document Control Specialist

• Maintains manufacturing records including record control and data entry into database programs.
• Coordinates data entry and documentation needs with QC for release, discards and product holds.
• Performs lot progression functions through database in coordination with Lot Processing needs.
• Archives documents through scanning or hard copy storage including donor char archive.
• Interacts with external and internal customers to satisfy document needs.
• Manages shipment of cultures and records between Solvita facilities.
• Compiles records from UNITY Charts Production application.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.
• Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care.
• Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) preferred.
• Must be able to follow directions and serve as a team member.
• Must be able to report numbers accurately and monitor error control.
