The Help Desk Specialist will provide Help Desk support including hardware/software installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. Works to create process improvements to reduce help desk calls.
The Help Desk Specialist will:
- Ensures the configuring and installing of PCs is completed accurately.
- Assists System Administrator with server administration and network administration.
- Assists users with computer solutions in a cooperative, friendly manner.
- Performs administration, preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement of non-standard CBC/CTS equipment.
- Develops and maintains documentation such as Help Desk problem resolutions and Help Desk tips for all aspects of job.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associates degree in Computer Science or High School/GED with 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to be on-call on a regular basis and travel to branch locations, as needed.
- Meet driver insurability standards as established by CBC/CTS.
