The Quality Control Fresh Graft Inventory Specialist:
- Acts as liaison between customers and Solvita. Responsible for communicating exceptions and issues identified from recovery to donor shipment.
- Reviews records in accordance with established policies, customer and regulatory requirements.
- Oversees resolution of issues identified at donor chart review, processing, data entry, and quality control review. Elevates unresolved issues to management as needed.
- Tracks the number of donors received and processed.
- Ensures the timely release of donors. Notifies customer if target will not be met.
- Monitors inventory to identify fresh grafts at hold status. Investigates and resolves to promptly obtain a final release status.
- Ensures the customer is billed correctly for processing fees (late donor rule out) and credited for recovery cost, if applicable when exceptions occur (sterility failure or other deviation causing grafts to be discarded).
- Manages minor changes requested by customers such as revisions to packaging, labeling, or certificate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
