The Recruiting Supervisor carries their own requisition load and oversees the recruitment process to ensure a seamless, effective, and strategic approach to talent acquisition for Solvita. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and a team of Recruiters, this role drives the recruiting strategy, optimizes job postings, and ensures a robust applicant flow to meet organizational hiring needs. The Recruiting Supervisor translates hiring strategies into actionable recruitment plans, fosters team performance, and maintains a high standard of candidate experience.

Minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding recruiters to meet goals.
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, Workday, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to improve posting performance and applicant flow.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR Business Partners.
- Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, labor market trends, and employment branding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- SHRM-CP, or PHR preferred but not required.
