Position Title: Associate Internal Auditor Inter
Job Overview:
● Summer 2025, June to August, Undergraduate internship, within a functional area that provides students a comprehensive and engaging experience from before your program starts to after the program ends.
● 40 hours a week for the Summer 2025
● Meaningful work and project assignments, such as: testing motion control products, etc., in a research lab, and working with controllers- putting electrical and mechanical pieces together, etc.
● Networking opportunities with peers and executives
● Exposure to different divisions of the business
● Understanding of the company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Position Responsibilities:
● Working with IA team member to prepare PBC requests to process owners
● Make sample selections to ensure the completeness of test documents
● Help with scheduling internal and external meetings to perform walkthroughs, discussion with process owners, collaboration with external auditors, etc.
● Perform SOX control testing, and prepare test documents and draft test results
● Assist with IA team member in power point presentation
● Assist with data analysis using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Visio etc.
● Perform other ad hoc projects as needs arise
● Travel Requirements: No travel is required.
Required skills:
● Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Accounting, Finance or relevant majors
● 40 hrs a week, for Summer 2025.
● Experience with Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with different stakeholders (Internal Audit, Management, External Auditors)
● Superb organization skills to prioritize multiple tasks and working with people fromdifferent time zones
Preferred skills:
●Accounting Knowledge (Expected to have taking basic accounting courses in College, or have equivalent knowledge)
● Oracle or SAP skills is desirable
● IT System Knowledge (Basic understanding of how ERP system work to support accounting activities)
● SEC requirements (Basic understanding of a US public traded company’s compliance requirements)
● US GAAP knowledge desirable
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $25 per hour.
