Job Summary: Plant Manager is involved in making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. Analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement policies, planning, and strategy decisions on daily operations of company.
  • Oversee reporting and planning
  • Work with senior stakeholders
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company with COO.
  • Oversee systems that include all data for company and evaluate company needs.
  • Oversee training protocols, new hires training, and daily reoccurring training needs for company managers, supervisors, and production employees.

Job Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across teams and guide the work of others.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with fully utilizing project management software.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to develop brand/marketing strategies.
  • Experience in effectively identifying target audiences.

Job Education and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business management, operations, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 7 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Training:

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed in an office setting, sitting in front of a computer approximately 75% of the time. Must be able to lift to 10 lbs., push and pull up to 10 lbs., have proper hearing, vision, and speech capabilities. Travel by plane and care approximately 5%.
