Job Title: Stick Pack Operator
Job Summary:
The Stick Pack Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of stick pack packaging machines during shift hours. This includes setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure high-quality packaging of products in a timely and safe manner. The operator will also perform routine cleaning, quality checks, and basic maintenance to meet production goals and comply with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate stick pack machines in accordance with production schedules and specifications.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality and packaging integrity.
Conduct routine quality checks (weight, seal integrity, lot codes, etc.) and document results.
Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment as per company SOPs.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and escalate more complex problems to maintenance.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, GMPs, and company policies.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
Report equipment malfunctions, product issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred, especially with stick pack or vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machines.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Comfortable working night shifts and in a fast-paced production setting.
Attention to detail, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Working Conditions:
Occasional overtime.
Exposure to production environment including noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
