Front of House Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our Familia. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the food industry, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service at all times.
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system and ensure all transactions are processed efficiently.
• Assist in food preparation and maintain food safety standards throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, food safety practices, and customer service techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A team player who is willing to learn and grow within.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
