Responsibilities : Who You Are :

You’re a seasoned Medicaid law expert with a strong background in nursing home and home care Medicaid, especially post-DRA planning techniques.
You’ve handled complex cases and are adept at troubleshooting and problem-solving in challenging situations.

Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a diverse and high-volume caseload, focusing on Medicaid planning, nursing home Medicaid, and home care Medicaid cases.

Directly collaborate with the owner to shape the direction of cases and ensure all legal strategies are sound.

Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to clients on Medicaid eligibility, planning, and application processes.

Delegate tasks effectively, mentor paralegal staff, and oversee the development of team members.

Be responsible for home care cases, advocating fiercely for our clients' best interests.

Stay up to date with ongoing changes in Medicaid law and adapt strategies as necessary.

Collaborate with colleagues and foster a positive, team-driven work environment.
