Position
SomeraRoad is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst to support our Acquisitions, Development, and Asset Management efforts. We are looking for a hungry, entrepreneurial ‘go-getter’, who is a smart, aggressive, personable, problem solver. A strong candidate must exhibit excellent technical skills and be confident in his or her ability to identify value-add opportunities. The new hire will work closely with senior management to underwrite, acquire, asset-manage and develop projects across all asset classes and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and underwrite potential investment opportunities, including financial model creation and manipulation.
- Create investment committee memorandums, as well as debt and equity financing packages
- Develop and implement asset-level business plans and value-add strategies
- Complete desktop and on-site due diligence and manage closing processes
- Compile, analyze, and present market data
- Work in collaboration with the development and construction teams to formulate development budgets and critical path schedules, execute feasibility studies, including studying zoning / land use, design, construction, and leasing
- Assist in property leasing efforts, including implementation of marketing plans and lease negotiations.
- Track ongoing project financial performance and create financial reporting materials.
- Oversee project funding and disbursement requirements in conjunction with project accountants
