Full-Time Resource Position
This full-time, hourly position involves working with small groups of students across various grade levels in a K-8 Title I school, which serves a high percentage of lower-income families. The resource teacher will provide targeted academic support in reading, writing, and/or math to help struggling students reach grade-level proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with small groups of students to reinforce and support classroom instruction.
- Implement intervention strategies to improve student performance in core academic areas.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to align support with curriculum goals.
- Track student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Support students in developing confidence and essential academic skills.
- Communicate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress.
- Participate in professional development and training as required.
- Report to Morning and Afternoon Post
Schedule & Additional Opportunities:
Work hours: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on school days.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
