What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Manager position at Somerset Pacific?
We are seeking a top gun, road warrior; highly skilled District or Regional Manager for a Regional Manager position located in Boise Idaho. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in property management, Low Income Tax Credits, Real Page and be willing to travel in and out of state. This position will be supporting a set portfolio, some are distressed properties that need immediate attention. Initially this position will travel more, then establish a set schedule once the distressed properties are stable. Only an experienced LIHTC manager that can hit the ground running will do.
- Experienced team leader that can hit the ground running.
- Develop, train and lead a property managment team.
- Assist with the lease up vacant units and unit turns.
- Assist hiring new managers, assistant managers, and maintenance teams.
- Experience in contracts and property management
- Proficiency in compliance, marketing, lease ups and all things related to property management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills required
- Extensive knowledge of LIHTC
- Real Page OneSite experience required.
- Proficient knowledge of LIHTC and Fair Housing programs is required.
