Provide network support to the Bank's 14 office locations' IT environment in ways including, but not limited to :
- Working with Network Communication Protocols, SIEM configuration utilizing ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer, GFI LanGuard applications, Symantec Back-Up Exec and Carbonite EVault Backup solutions, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Windows 10 and 11 Professional, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL, and Microsoft Office and other network management tools,to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of Cisco network devices including Routers, Switches utilizing Cisco Network Assistant.
Executing Microsoft Active Directory and foundation service management including DHCP, DNS, GPO, and DFS.
Maintaining user and computer accounts on the Bank's Network per operating procedures and standards.Working with Information Security Officer in improving practices and controls to maintain a strong cybersecurity program. This includes monitoring event logs and investigating issues identified and reporting to management as appropriate.Monitoring and taking action when necessary to ensure that Anti-Virus protection is current and operational, software patches and updates are applied in a timely manner in accordance with established policy, all data backup procedures are successful.Coordinating repair and maintenance of network related equipment in conjunction with Bank approved vendors to ensure security and maximum uptime.Providing end-user support regarding hardware and software related issues, including installation and configuring of workstations, printers and other peripheral network hardware as well as tasks related to the Bank's telephone system, E-Mail and core system reporting applications.Installing new and upgrade software applications and hardware on the Bank's network, coordinating with Bank approved vendors when required.Serving as member of the Bank's Information Technology Committee and Incident Response Team.Requirements
Must have at least two years of Network Administration experience.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 2016, 2019 and 2022 Server, Windows 10 and 11, SQL 2016 and 2019Microsoft Windows Active DirectoryExperience with Group Policy in a domain environmentExperience in using and maintaining Backup, Anti-Virus and Endpoint Protection applicationsAbility to demonstrate positive interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with colleagues and customersAbility to work independently & exercise good judgmentAbility to proficiently read, write and speak the English language.Must have access to reliable transportation in order to travel to any of the Bank's 14 office locations when IT needs arisePreferred background
Degree, certificate or documented formal training in Computer Network, Information Technology, or other closely related fieldNetwork Administration experience in a bankKnowledge and experience with GLBA requirements and regulatory expectations regarding cybersecurity compliance preferredWorking knowledge with Cisco SystemsBENEFITS
