Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash and check deposits, verify endorsements, and balance currency and coin in the cash drawer.
- Issue computer-generated receipts and enter transactions into the system for record-keeping purposes.
- Recognize opportunities to explain, promote, or sell financial products or services offered by the bank.
- Resolves customer issues as they arise, providing clear and respectful communication and solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply procedures and instructions.
- Strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units of measure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
