Job Goal : The Somerville Public Schools is now accepting applications for the position of Utility Worker for the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
Qualifications :
- Must have a valid Massachusetts driver's license with a driving record in good standing.
- Must be nationally certified in applied food service sanitation- may be acquired in on the
- job training programs with in the first 10 months of employment.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to pick up and lift / carry 60 pounds in weight.
- Ability to successfully pass a physical exam by a physician chosen by the Food and
- Nutrition Services Department.
