24-25 PT Substance Abuse Counselor

Job Goal : To provide support for students and staff with drug and alcohol education, prevention, intervention and consultation.Qualifications : Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor preferred Responsibilities : Design and facilitate at least Focus on a variety of alcohol and other drug related topics. Oversee a student run-taskforce addressing and enforcing school AOD policies. Provide psycho-education, and individualized support services. Connect to internal (SPS) or any external resources / support services. Administer D / A evaluations and provide written report with risk level and recommendations. Provide individualized student support to Student Services, as well as internal and external referrals. Co-Supervise weekly community service group; feeding the homeless.
