Something To Say is hiring a motivated, dynamic, and collaborative SLP for full time position in our private practice and school site.
Our team provides family centered, neurodiversity affirming, speech and language services through our private clinic, in schools, and at the Morgan Autism Center in San Jose. Something to Say AAC, Language and Speech Therapy is looking for Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC, CF) to join our Morgan Autism Center school team.
Our therapists work as part of a small, dedicated, team of SLPs with opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills with highly supportive supervisors and colleagues.
Extensive training and support in Augmentative and Alternative Communication is provided for all SLPs.
Morgan Autism Center prioritizes communication within a positive, supportive, environment.
We offer low caseloads (16-20 students full time) with excellent opportunities for collaboration with professionals and families to build relationships and really make a difference in the lives of our students.
In your role, you will work alongside a multifaceted team of SLPs, teachers, occupational therapists, and related service providers.
Our SLP team is led by SLPs with extensive experience with augmentative alternative communication (AAC), and assistive technology (AT).
As part of the SLP team, you will experience unrivaled opportunities for mentorship in AAC and AT. As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, your role does not involve case management but allows you to focus on your skills and knowledge in speech and language.
