Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Revenue Operations at a growing U.S.-based company. The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for overseeing the company’s revenue operations processes, optimizing workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success, and ensuring the efficient use of HubSpot as the main CRM. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (required), including setup, automation, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting tools, and revenue forecasting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, process improvement experience, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with other tools (e.g., data visualization software, Excel, or Google Sheets) is a plus.
