Lead Assistant / Ortho Assistant

Our practice is focused on its expansion this year and our aim is to help patients in our community & to combat DSO groups who are focusing on lower quality care.

Our practice is built atop very skilled group individuals who all love to excel in their own departments and we are looking for the perfect Addtion who loves that same attention to detail that we do!

Dr. Lopez had a new associate join the practice 3 months ago and we are now looking for an experienced dental Assitant to help lead her team!

The perfect candidate is not only versly skilled in all areas of restorative dentistry but also has extensive knowledge in all areas of orthodontics as ortho is also a big part of our practice! ( self-ligating brackets, Invisalign-placing attachments/delivering aligners, iTero Scanner ).

We offer all services in house. Therefore our assistant has to be very knowledgeable in assisting for all specialties in dentistry, including but not limited to: Perio Surgeries, Extractions & Endodontic Procedures ( with a specialist, on the days our associate is not here.)

Our ideal assistant should have management skills and feel comfortable leading a team of 2-3 additional individuals as this position has a lot of room to grown and our aim is to continue to add other team members onto our team.

Candidate will be in charge or organizing the assistant schedule, managing monthly supply order, assisting all specialty doctors as well as meeting with all our incoming NEW PATIENTS & organizing their xrays and initial cheif complaints for our doctor to consult with them.
