Responsibilities
- Setting up dining room/patio area before service
- Help bartender stock bar area
- Assist servers by bussing tables and clearing dishes to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Maintain dining room cleanliness before, during and after service
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met during service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in bussing or serving within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
