We are seeking an Office Assistant for a Property Management Office, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm!
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls
- Screen prospective tenants & run credit checks
- Post rent checks
- Type lease renewals & maintain record
- Perform ad-hoc tasks when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Strong Math skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
