Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details.
- Handle customer questions regarding service options, promotions, and general inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the sales and service departments.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with various marketing campaigns to drive new customer leads and business.
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals related to lead generation, customer satisfaction, and appointment scheduling.
Position Information:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Your typical schedule will be an average of 40-45 hours per week. Days worked will vary from week to week depending on business needs, and alternating Saturdays are required.
