- Pay Range: Average annual compensation ranges between $65,000 to $105,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen attentively to their vehicle concerns and needs.
- Manage and prepare for service appointments and ensure accurate documentation of customer information.
- Provide clear estimates of repair and service costs based on customer needs.
- Advise customers on necessary repairs, routine maintenance, and product recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage appointment follow-up communication with customers on vehicle status.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a professional environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Sets and achieves targeted sales goals.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Position Information:
This is a full-time, exempt-status position. Your typical schedule will be Monday – Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
