Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Compensation: The family is offering a competitive rate of $25 - $30 per hour
Benefits: The family will provide benefits including 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, paid major federal holidays, healthcare stipend, and long-term retention bonuses.

Join a loving and busy family in New Castle, NH, seeking a warm, flexible, and proactive full-time nanny to care for their three young children. The oldest two children attend school full-time until approximately 3:00 PM, and the family is in the process of hiring a live-in Au Pair to assist during times when all three children are home. Both parents work from home and frequently travel for work, creating a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Ideal Candidate:
The family is looking for a professional, energetic nanny with experience caring for multiple young children. Responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive and engaging care for three children
- Managing school drop-offs and pick-ups (ability to use your own SUV with space for three car seats is preferred)
- Supporting potty training efforts
- Coordinating playdates for the children outside of school
- Handling children’s laundry, meal prep (including occasional light meal prep for the family), and bottle prep/sanitation
- Tidying and organizing the home, along with kitchen cleanup
The family values a nanny who can take initiative, adapt to the household’s evolving needs, and work well in a team dynamic.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant childcare experience (experience with multiple children preferred)
- Experience with potty training is a big plus
- Professional and organized, with a warm and proactive approach
